This Used Industrial Alloy Fabricators 9,000-Gallon Vertical Agitated Reactor is a heavy-duty, large-capacity stainless steel processing vessel built for demanding batch operations across chemical, food, pharmaceutical, and high-viscosity industrial processes.

Constructed from 316 stainless steel with a 304 stainless steel half-pipe (limpet) jacket, this reactor provides excellent corrosion resistance and heat-transfer efficiency.
The vessel supports 15 PSI internal pressure, full vacuum, and temperatures up to 300°F internally and through the jacket, making it suitable for a wide range of thermal and pressure-sensitive reactions.

Featuring a dish top and dish bottom, internal coil, four full-length straight baffles, a wide sweep impeller, and a two-tier, three-blade agitator, this reactor is engineered for optimized agitation, blending, and heat exchange.
The dual drive system—2.5 HP at 37 RPM plus an auxiliary 1.5 HP at 1155 RPM motor—supports controlled, efficient mixing across various viscosities.
