This Used Industrial Alloy Fabricators Vertical Agitated Reactor is a heavy-duty, large-capacity 9,000-gallon stainless steel reaction vessel, designed for demanding batch-processing operations in chemical, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, food, and specialty manufacturing.

Constructed from 316 stainless steel (product contact surface) with a 304 stainless steel half-pipe/limpet jacket, this reactor supports 15 PSI internal pressure, full vacuum, and temperatures up to 300°F internally and through the jacket.
Equipped with an internal coil, four full-length baffles, a wide-sweep impeller, and a two-tier, three-blade agitator, this system ensures robust mixing, heat transfer, and blending performance for viscous, complex, or temperature-sensitive formulations.

The reactor bottom includes a 6" discharge, and the entire unit is supported on a skirt-mounted base for stability.
This vessel’s combination of capacity, agitation flexibility, and jacketed heating/cooling capability makes it suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.
