Used Wenzhou ACE-M 5,000 Liter (Approx 1,321-gallon) Stainless Steel Mixing and Emulsifying Kettle, Model ACE-M. Manufactured in China, unit features a fully enclosed stainless steel mixing vessel constructed of SUS316L/304 stainless steel, equipped with multiple top-mounted agitator drives and a high-shear emulsification system. Mixing system includes an 18.5 kW (approximately 25 HP) Mixer A, 30 kW (approximately 40 HP) Mixer B, and a separate 30 kW (approximately 40 HP) emulsifier, providing a combined installed mixing and emulsification motor capacity of 78.5 kW (approximately 105 HP). Vessel is designed for operating temperatures from 0C to 110C (32F to 230F). Interior features multiple mixing elements, including sweep-type agitation components and additional mixing assemblies designed to facilitate product circulation, blending, dispersion and homogenization.
