Used Anhydro SPX MicraSpray 150 Small Scale Spray Dryer designed for R&D applications. With two-fluid nozzle atomizer, drying chamber, cyclone, exhaust system, and a PLC-controlled panel with data logging. Maximum inlet air temperature of 350C and a water evaporation capacity of approximately 16 kg/h at an outlet temperature of 70C. It operates with a nominal drying air rate of 150 kg/h and features a 900 mm drying chamber diameter. The standard power supply is 3/50/400volt, with a 3 kW suction fan and a 15 kW air heater. Constructed with AISI 316L for product-contacting parts and AISI 304 for external surfaces. The unit requires a floor space of 2.5 m x 1.35 m, a height of 2.5 m, and a recommended free height of 3.2 m. The net weight is approximately 900 kg. Heating system is not included and must be added at additional cost. Ask an Aaron representative for costs for new heater from OEM.
