Used- Axomatic Model Optima 2400S Automatic Hot Air Plastic Tube Filler. Capable of speeds up to 200 tubes per minute, Has a fill size range: 3ml - 250ml (with changeparts). Tube size range: 10mm - 50mm (diameter) 60mm - 280mm (height) with changeparts. Equipped with automatic tube elevator feeder, 24 pocket turret. Tube print registration, 6 dosing/fill stations for selection of 1 or multiple dosers per product fill, Hot Air sealer and trimmer. Installed tooling is 22mm diameter dosing pumps for 3-50ml fills, 1 x 13.75mm nozzle, additional tooling available. Jacketed, Agitated Hoppers. 13 servos. Last used in personal care industry on 20mm diameter x 120mm length, 15 ml tube. Allen Bradley ControLogix 5563 PLC, 2 -Ultra 3000 Servos, with PanelView 1000 HMI. 3/60/480V.
