Operating principle The packaging is formed automatically by the machine from two films - top and bottom. The product is placed by the operator in cells made of bottom film. Air is automatically sucked out by a vacuum system, sealed, cut and labelled (optional). Forming of trays of different types and sizes is carried out by manual mould change. The operator can program the indexing, speed, time, temperature and vacuum level.
