Used Prodo-Pak PV250 CSW6 6-Lane VFFS Liquid Pouch Packager | 120180 PPM | 100 ml Fill | AB Servo System | Only 50 Hours. Capable of speeds from 20 - 30 cycles per minute or 120 - 180 PPM based on 100ml fill. Currently set-up for a 6-lane 100ml fill in x 4" x 8.75" four sided seal with center pour spout. Utilizes single web up to 42" maximum web width, print registered film, and splits web into front and back. Has static elimination, and has 4oz piston pumps with positive shut-off nozzles. Has an Allen Bradley Micrologixs PLC and AB Kinetixs 5500 servo drives with an Allen Bradley PanelView Plus 1000 HMI.Has an upgraded reciprocating knife system with magnaplated seal jaws. Used for approximately 50 hours of production time and project was cancelled.
