Has 25-1/2" wide seal jaw, jaw travel height of 13", and 75" long x 24" wide x 18" tall shrink tunnel. Allen Bradley Micro Logix 1400 PLC, A/B Kinetix 300, and Schneider Magelis HMI. Equipped with infeed belt conveyor 41" long x 19-3/4" wide, transfer infeed belt conveyor through film 26-1/2" long x 21-1/2" wide, and outfeed roller conveyor 153" long x 25" wide. All stainless steel frame with integrated shrink tunnel. Cooling fans on discharge. Last used in pharmaceutical packaging operation with 21" wide film. Unused PolyPack Model PH-32D Dual Lane Stainless Steel Shrink Bundler. Capable of speeds up to 40 bundles per minute (depending on application). Has Allen Bradley Compactlogix 5380 PLC with Panelview Plus 7" HMI, Powerflex 525 VFD's. Cat3 Safety and risk assessment, Machine/Enclosure Lighting (white light). Has upgraded flammable product Features for the shrink tunnel (tunnel conveyor, door and fan). If the conveyor stops moving or a power loss, a set of air cylinders automatically engages and opens the tunnel doors to release hot air. The UPS will power the conveyor to empty the tunnel and the fan mounted above the tunnel to move air out of the tunnel. Has fused outputs and UL 508A panel (UL Approved).
