Features stainless steel product contact surfaces and a twin discharge configuration designed for mounting over single tube or twin tube vertical baggers as well as single or duplex premade pouch machines. Ohlson Multihead Weigher Clamshell Filling Line for Produce, Nuts & Greens

Used Ohlson (nVenia) combination scale clamshell packaging line capable of speeds up to 50 containers per minute. Complete line includes Ohlson Model IC-18-8-SS stainless steel cleated belt infeed conveyor, Model MHW-CW14-7.5 SSD 14-head combination scale with 7.5 liter dimpled buckets, Model MHW-PF-SS stainless steel platform and stairs, and Model WC-60 checkweigher with reject. Clamshell denesting, filling and closing system includes an Ohlson Model SLCIC-SS-TS4 container indexing conveyor with four-station positive entry chutes and washdown construction, Model SLC-D64 automatic denester for 64 oz clamshells and Model SLC-C64 clamshell closer. Currently set up for Baby Beat Greens, Baby Radish, Basil, Kale, Arugula and Spring Mix with products up to 5" long and 4 to 5 oz target weights. Configured for 64 oz tamper-evident trays measuring 7.87" wide x 8.75" long x 3.02" high with weighing accuracy within 0.2 oz. Possible applications include automated weighing, filling, checkweighing and closing of clamshell containers for leafy greens, microgreens, produce, nuts and similar food products.
