Used MGS Stealth Automatic Horizontal Pharmaceutical Bottle Load Cartoner. Has 6" centers for a carton size range: 1.38" to 3.75" length; 0.22" to 1.88" width; and 1.84" to 5.94" depth. Currently set up for glue style cartons. Has 88" long powered carton infeed with adjustable width. Bottle conveyor is 4.5" wide. Machine features worm screw bottle loader, MGS prefolded leaflet feeder, bar code reader and embosse date coder, 4-head rotary feeder with bar scanner and a cluster lube system. Uses Allen Bradley Logix 5561 PLC and Allen Bradley panel view plus 1000 touch screen HMI, (5) A/B kinetix 6000 drives. Has Nordson Problue 7 hot melt. Customization and set up available at an additional cost subject to receipt of samples.
