Capable of speeds up to 80-100 plastic, metal or laminated tubes per minute (depending on product and package size). Has a package size range of: diameter 13.5mm - 50mm; length 60mm - 220mm. Fill volume range (with changeparts): 3cc - 350cc. Equipped with Kalix "Floor Feeder" automatic tube loader, piston fill with bottom up fill with upgraded "No-Drip" nozzles, hot jaw style heated sealer with water quench, chiller and trim station.
