Unused Hapman Automatic Bulk Bag Unloading And Helix Flexible Screw Conveying System With 420 Cubic Foot Per Hour Capacity, Built 2023. Industrial bulk material handling system designed for unloading, dust collection, agitation and conveying of compatible dry powders, granules and bulk solid materials. Rated for maximum conveying capacity of approximately 420 cubic feet per hour, handling materials with bulk densities ranging from 60 to 70 lbs per cubic foot. System consists of a forklift-style bulk bag unloader with bag support rack, 2 HP dust collection blower, 0.75 HP material agitator and an inclined Hapman Helix flexible screw conveyor measuring approximately 20' long, positioned at a 45-degree angle and driven by a 10 HP motor. Designed to accommodate bulk bags measuring 40" x 48" x 15" with a 22" x 21" discharge spout configuration. Provides approximately 10' vertical conveying distance and 10'8" horizontal conveying distance for transferring material to downstream processing or packaging equipment. Features stainless steel product contact surfaces and an integrated control panel for system operation. Electrical requirements are 460 volts, 3-phase, 60 Hz. Manufactured in 2023 and unused. Possible applications include bulk bag unloading, powder transfer, ingredient conveying and feeding of compatible flour, sugar, starch, salt, food ingredients, plastic resin pellets, polymer powders, chemical powders, mineral granules, detergent ingredients and other suitable dry bulk materials.
