Used Hamrick Packaging Systems Model CP15 Pick and Place Case Packer. Capable of speeds up to 15 cases per minute (depending on application). Case size range: 190mm - 600mm or 7.5" - 23.6" (length) x 80mm - 400mm or 3.1" - 15.7" (width) x 90mm - 350mm or 3.5" - 13.8" (height/depth). Originally designed for 12oz long neck bottles and never installed. These machines feature a servo case indexing system, a Hamrick-designed servo gantry robot, and is an ideal choice for fragile glass applications using new or reshipper cases.

After the cases are filled with product, they proceed to the CS130 where a cylinder pushes a wedge underneath the flap to break the tab, then proceeds into the Nordson Proble hot-melt problue 7. 1HP Vacuum pump. Attached control panel with Allen Bradley micrologix 1200 PLC, A/B powerflex 4, Proface model PFXGM4201TAD HMI. Last used in beverage operation.
