Used Cherry-Burrell 1,000-Gallon Sanitary Jacketed Stainless Steel Mix Tank | Food-Grade Heated Vessel. Approximately 72" diameter x 72" straight side. Dished top, pitched sloped bottom. Jacket Rated 100 PSI @ 300 Degrees F. Top mounted agitator driven by a 1.6/3 HP, 860/1740 rpm 460 volt motor into gearbox with 42.93 ratio for 20/40 RPM output speed. 3" Side bottom outlet. Approximately 9'6" OAH. National Board Rated. Last used in sanitary food plant.

Used 1,500 Gallon Cherry-Burrell Vertical Stainless Steel Tank – Side Manway, Spray Bar, Polished Interior

Used 1,500 Gallon Cherry-Burrell Vertical Stainless Steel Tank Side Manway, Spray Bar, Polished Interior. Tank measures 5'4" diameter x 7' straight side with dished top and bottom heads. Features a 3" diameter center top opening reduced to 1.5", one additional 3" side top nozzle, and a 3" center bottom outlet with a secondary 2" side bottom nozzle. Includes a 20" x 16" oval side manway with an inward-swinging cover secured by a swing latch. Interior finish is polished stainless steel with clean seams and integral support welds. The tank is mounted on four stainless steel legs with adjustable footpads and includes a welded agitator mount (no agitation installed). External piping includes a mounted spray bar along one side.

Constructed from polished stainless steel, the tank features a 3" diameter center top opening tapered to 1.5", one additional 3" side top nozzle, a 3" center bottom outlet, and a 2" side bottom outlet. Includes a 20" x 16" oval side manway with inward-swinging cover secured by a swing latch. Mounted on four stainless steel legs with adjustable footpads, and fitted with a welded agitator mount (no agitator included), internal spray ball line, top nozzles, and lifting lugs.

Used- Cherry-Burrell 200 Gallon Cone-Bottom Stainless Steel Jacketed Processor Tank with Scrape Surface Agitation. Vessel measures 48" diameter x 30" deep with bridge mount agitation, hinged lids, and 2-1/2" center bottom outlet with tri-clamp connection. Agitator is driven by 3 HP, 230/460V, 3/60 Hz, 1700 RPM motor thru right-angle gearbox with 85.65:1 ratio, resulting in 20 output RPM. Vessel includes self contained heating system for jacket with an electrically heated inline heater and small centrifugal circulation pump. Unitized on stainless steel frame with (4) legs. Serial number E-524-9. Previously used at dairy processing facility.

Used Cherry Burrell Vertical Mixing Tank with approximately 3,000 Gallon capacity, constructed of 304 stainless steel. Tank measures approximately 7' 9" diameter x 12' overall height, with a dome top and dish bottom. Previously used in a beverage processing application and last in service in November 2024, this tank is configured for sanitary liquid handling with CIP and agitation. Equipped with a side-mounted 1 HP agitator, driven by a 3/60/230/460V, 850 RPM motor, providing gentle mixing for beverages, syrups, and other low- to medium-viscosity liquids. Features a side manway, 3" Tri-Clamp center bottom discharge, CIP sprayball, and top-mounted inlets for clean-in-place operation and flexible process connections. Mounted on stainless steel legs.
