Unit features a stainless steel bowl with aluminum cover and is driven by a 5 HP, 230/460 volt motor. Centrifuge has an approximate maximum bowl speed of 8,500 RPM, 0.4-gallon sludge capacity, and is rated for up to 1,140 GPH on SAE 10 lube oil. Serial # 4055100. The solid-wall, batch-type disc-stack design can operate as a purifier or clarifier for separating water and fine solids from contaminated oils. Suitable applications and products include lube-oil purification and recovery, water removal, fine-solids separation, industrial and marine oil handling, and fluid reclamation.
