Used Walker 2,000 Gallon Stainless Steel Processor Kettle | Model PZ-C3-PV | Jacketed | 3 HP Scrape Agitator. Dished top, coned bottom. 96" OD x 72" straight side. Vessel is 10 PSIG at 250 degrees F. Jacket heat is 15 PSIG at 250 degrees F. Jacket cool is 100 PSIG at 100 degrees F. Anchor style scrape agitator, driven by a 3hp 3/60/230/460v 1760rpm motor through a reducer. Jacket has three zones with 2" valves. Jacket has 3" condensate with 4" outlet. Bottom has 3" tri clamp outlet. Top has 19" hinged manway with 4" sight glass. Nozzles on top are threaded 6", threaded 3", (2) 3" tri clamp and (2) 2" tri clamp. Serial# 75-7.
