Used Walker 2,000 Gallon Stainless Steel Processor Kettle | Model PZ-C3-PV | Jacketed | 3 HP Scrape Agitator. Dished top, coned bottom. 96" OD x 72" straight side. Vessel is 10 PSIG at 250 degrees F. Jacket heat is 15 PSIG at 250 degrees F. Jacket cool is 100 PSIG at 100 degrees F. Anchor style scrape agitator, driven by a 3hp 3/60/230/460v 1760rpm motor through a reducer. Jacket has three zones with 2" valves. Jacket has 3" condensate with 4" outlet. Bottom has 3" tri clamp outlet. Top has 19" hinged manway with 4" sight glass. Nozzles on top are threaded 6", threaded 3", (2) 3" tri clamp and (2) 2" tri clamp. Serial# 75-7.

Used Walker Model PZ-CB-SP vertical 800-gallon processor kettle fabricated from 304L stainless steel, designed for heating, cooling, and mixing viscous products in food, dairy, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, and chemical applications. Vessel measures approximately 58" diameter x 72" straight side with a dished top and slight cone bottom. Atmospheric-rated vessel with a 304 stainless steel jacket rated 50 PSI (-20F to 300F) providing approximately 64 sq. ft. of heat transfer surface. Equipped with a top-entering anchor-style scrape agitator driven by a 5 HP, 3/60/460 volt motor through a 97.89:1 gear reducer for slow-speed, high-torque mixing and efficient wall scraping. Features a 20" manway, 16" x 12" top opening, multiple process nozzles, 4" center bottom outlet with approximately 24" discharge height, 1-1/2" side outlet, and is mounted on (3) stainless steel legs.
