Arrowhead bottle conveyor and lowerator and New England Model NEHCPCL-48 Bulk Bottle Unscrambler with ionized air cleaner, Spee-Dee 12 pocket rotary auger filler with 36" base, twin auger head filler with integrated check weigher, New England Machine Model NERCC-6 6 head rotary chuck capper with cap sorter and feeder and changeparts for 33,38,45,53,63,89,110,120mm caps. PE Modular SL Model Mod plus 540-6-M-4P-0-1-0-0-0 redundant head pressure sensitive rotary labeler with Videojet thermal transfer printer and PE camera system for label presence and date code, Polypack Model PH32-D shrink bundler, Douglas Machine Model Trivex RL case packer with integrated Diagraph print & apply case labeler. Powder transfer system for opening supersacks and feeding the filler at 6000 lbs/hr. Line was being installed and project was cancelled and never ran. Line is immediately available for shipment. Customer responsible for load out and crating.

Unused Speed Dee Model 3700S Servo Rotary Auger Filler with Integrated Wipotec (OCS) Checkweigher. Has Twin Auger filler with 36" Diameter base unit. Dyco bottle throttle for transitioning bottles off of the checkweigher. Has optional 8" diameter hopper windows, portable storage carts for each set of changeparts. Currently set up to run: 3.66/3.67 round diameters with single timing screw and adapters for 3.35", 3.63", 5.61" and 6.63" tall round bottles. Handling parts for 3.70/3.72 round container handling parts with adapaters for 3.95" and 7.13" tall round containers. 4.88/4.89" diamerter round container handling parts with adapters for 5.19" and 6.39" tall round containers. Has 5.00" diameter container handling parts with adapters for 6.25" tall round containers. Includes additional set of funnels, Hopper lift/lower crank assembly. Originally designed to run 120CPM containers in the following volumes: 6oz/89mm, 19oz/89mm, 25oz/89mm, 32oz/89mm, 36oz/89mm, 250cc/53mm, 400cc/63mm, 44oz/120mm, 64oz/120mm, 1500cc/110mm.
