Requires (missing) impeller and impeller hardware. Housing 304 stainless steel, shaft and discharge chute 316 stainless steel. Driven by a 10 hp, 3/60/208-230/460 Volt, 1750 rpm motor. Serial# 0387.

Used Quadro Comil Model 198 Stainless Steel Conical Screen Mill With 30 HP Drive, Built 2024. High-capacity industrial milling and particle size reduction system designed for controlled grinding, deagglomeration, delumping and sizing of compatible dry powders, granules and bulk solid materials. Rated for processing capacities up to 16,000 lbs per hour, depending on product characteristics, screen configuration and application. Features 304 stainless steel construction with 316 stainless steel impeller and screens for product processing. Operates at speeds ranging from approximately 200 to 900 RPM, providing flexibility for different material processing requirements and particle size specifications. Driven by a 30 HP WEG motor operating on 230/460 volts, 3-phase, 60 Hz electrical service. Serial #1980262. Manufactured in 2024. Possible applications include dry powder milling, granule sizing, deagglomeration, particle size reduction and processing of compatible pharmaceutical powders, nutraceutical ingredients, food powders, sugar, salt, starch, powdered chemicals, mineral powders, pigments, polymer additives and other suitable dry bulk solids.

Approximate 3-12gpm liquid capacity; approximate 30lbs/min powder capacity; 316 stainless steel contact parts, 304 stainless steel non contact parts: 1" inlet and outlet sanitary connections; V-belt drive; 6500 rpm rotor speed; 304 SS base (Bead Blast finish), with two (2) 3" Swivel/Brake Casters, two (2) 3" Rigid Casters. Driven by a 3hp, 3/60/460 volt, 3600 rpm XP motor. Engineered to disperse even the most difficult to wet powders into a liquid stream in a single pass. The advanced design of the ZC Dispersers rotor/stator reactor provides intense shearing of powders prior to hydration. This leads to homogeneous suspensions free of lumps and fisheyes".
