Used Accutek Model ASC-6 Automatic Inline Quill/Spindle Capper. Capable of speeds up to 200 CPM (depending on application). Has a disc style sorter. Cap size range: 10mm - 120mm. The ASC-6 is a tough stainless steel spindle capper designed to automatically place and tighten a wide variety of screw and lug type caps and closures onto containers. Each of it's six tightening spindles is spring loaded for increased disk to cap contact and reduced disk wear and driven by a torque sensitive individually controlled motor. This unique design eliminates the need for transmissions, belts, pulleys, and universal shafts. By reducing these components, maintenance time is decreased, while the capability and adjustability of the capper is increased to accommodate standard container closures ranging from 10mm - 120 mm. Single Gripper Belts are standard and have a tapered container adjustment to accommodate sloped containers up to 7 1/2" wide. Electrical Requirements: 110 VAC u0096 20 Amp. Air Requirements: 120psi @ 2 cfm Torque Range: 1 inch pound to over 90 lbs.
