1,000 gallon Vendome stainless steel processor with dual agitation.

1,000 gallon Vendome stainless steel processor with dual agitation. The bottom and the sides are jacketed. The dimple jackets are rated at 100 psi @ 338F. This unit is equipped with side scrape agitation (5 hp) and a 50 hp top entering homogenizing mixer. 230/460 vac 3 ph electric power required. There is one adjustable baffel inside. The vessel is 72" diameter x 60" straight side with a dished top and bottom. Bottom jacket nozzles are two- 2" RFSO flanges. Side jacket has four-2" RFSO flanges as in/out flanges. Bottom has one 3"tri-clamp nozzle. Top has one- 18" hinged lid manway, one 6" x 18" rectangular inlet, one 6" tri-clamp nozzle, one- 4" sightglass, three-3" nozzles, five- 2" nozzles, and one 1" nozzle. This unit stands on 4 stainless steel pipe legs. National board #299. The skin over the jacket has some dents and repairs. The jackets passed our hydro tests. Built in March 2004.

Used Vendome 1,000 Gallon Stainless Steel Jacketed Processor | Scrape Agitator | Dual-Zone Heat | 100 PSI

Used Vendome 1,000 Gallon Stainless Steel Jacketed Processor | Scrape Agitator | Dual-Zone Heat | 100 PSI. It has a dished bottom and a domed top. The jacket is rated for 100 psi @ 338F and the shell is rated for atmospheric pressure. National board # 898. Vendome serial number 2004-01Z-1. Vessel is 72" OD x 63" straight side. Jacket has two heating zones with 2" inlet and outlet on each zone. Bottom has 3" bent tri- clamp nozzle. Top nozzles are: 18" hinged manway, 6" wide x 18" long nozzle, 14" flanged nozzle, three 3" tri clamp, six 2" tri clamp and one 1" tri clamp. Tank has a spray ball inside. The side scraping agitator is driven by a 5 hp gear reduced drive. 230/460 vac 3 ph electric power required. Tank stands on four legs. Some cosmetic denting to the insulation skin otherwise it appears to be in good shape.

Used Vendome 42" Copper Distillation Columns with Trays, Condensers, and Steel Support Structure

Used- Vendome Copper & Brass Works 42" Distillation Columns. Includes supporting steel structure and condensers. Column has 18 tray stripper with 24" spacing; 40 tray rectifying section, and 20 tray side stripping section. The tray are bubble cap trays for high turndown ratio. Will produce 5-7 GPM of 192 Proof ethanol at 15-20% feed rate. Designed and built 2008.
