This Used Vendome 1,000 Gallon Jacketed Processor is built for demanding thermal and mixing applications across food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic industries. Constructed from stainless steel with a dished bottom and domed top, it includes a side-mounted scrape agitator driven by a 5 HP gear-reduced motor, delivering effective agitation of viscous products.

The dual-zone dimple jacket is rated for 100 PSI at 338°F, offering reliable heat transfer through two separate inlet/outlet ports (2" each per zone). The tank includes comprehensive top access via an 18" hinged manway, multiple tri-clamp and flanged nozzles, and an internal spray ball for CIP cleaning. Though it has minor cosmetic dents on the outer jacket skin, it is structurally sound and ready for sanitary production use.
