Stainless steel, 1st evaporation stage: approx. 1.015-1.305 lbs./Sq. inch (70-90 mbar at 518 deg F. (270 deg C.), and for 2nd evaporation stage: 0.0435-0.0725 lbs./Sq. inch (3-5 mbar) at 698 deg F (370 deg C.) ASME coded, (2) TFEs, (2) condensers, columns incl. process piping, (1) Konus Kessel thermal oil boiler/heat generation unit incl. piping and pumps, (1) Cooling system incl. chiller reducing the water temp. to 39.2 deg F. (4 deg. C.) , cold water tanks, piping, (1) Vacuum units, (1) Air system incl. air compressor, filter, piping. Complete with heat exchangers, back up vacuum pumps. control system incl. boards, PLC, monitor (all control loops), piping(304 & 316 stainless steel), valves, process instrumentation, I beam steel construction and additional instrstructure. In operation from 2012 to 2017. New year 2011. Previous used in a lube oil application.
