Used Littleford Day Mogul Double Arm Mixer – Model 100 – 100 Gallon – Jacketed – 75 HP – Vacuum Lid – Stainless Base

Used- Littleford Day Sanitary Mogul Double Arm Mixer, Model 100. 100 Gallon working capacity (150 total), 304 stainless steel on product contact areas. Jacketed bowl 40" left to right x 42" front to back x approximately 21" deep, rated 125 psi at 353 degrees F. Cored masticator blades, geared one end, hydraulically operated domed top cover suitable for vacuum with power pack sanitary split type stuffing boxes. (2) 6" Diameter bottom outlets. Mixer driven by a 75 hp, 3/60/208-230/460 volt, 1780 rpm motor thru a Foote-Jones reducer, ratio 40 to 1, approximate front blade 41 rpm, rear 27 rpm. Includes a control panel and a Torit stainless steel dust collector. Mounted on a stainless steel base. Serial# 42145-4629. Used Littleford Double Ribbon Blender, Model B100. Total vessel capacity 127 cubic feet, working capacity 100 cubic feet. 304 Stainless steel Sanitary Construction. Density 30-36 LB/Cubic foot. Approximately 120" long x 40" wide x 50" deep trough. hinged covers with safety grate. 4" diameter center bottom discharge with sliding disc valve. Driven by a 40hp, 3/60/460 volt, 1770rpm motor through reducer, 48.8 to 1 ratio. Mounted on carbon steel frame. Last used in food application.

Internal rated 15 PSI/VACUUM @ 250 degrees f., Stainless steel jacket rated for 75 psi at 250 deg.f. 6" diameter shaft, 8 bolt-on plow blades, 2 end scrapers, provision for 4 choppers, air purged main seals. Driven by a 50hp motor through gearbox. Various top openings. 6" diameter off-center bottom outlet. Unit mounted on carbon steel frame. Included VFD Control Panel. National Board# 1260.
