Used JWI 1450 mm Recessed Plate Filter Press With 108 Polypropylene Plates And 194 Cubic Foot Cake Capacity. Equipped with (108) polypropylene recessed filter plates, Plate #4L78, measuring approximately 57" wide x 57" high x 2.5" thick, with top center feed eye and four corner filtrate eyes. Provides an estimated 3,784 square feet of filtration area and approximately 194 cubic feet of total cake volume with 32 mm cake thickness. Heavy-duty frame is rated for 100 psi. Overall dimensions are approximately 34' long x 5.5' wide x 8' high. Hydraulic cylinder has been rebuilt. Good working condition. Possible applications include liquid/solid separation, sludge dewatering and filtration of compatible wastewater, chemical, mining, plating, food processing and other industrial process slurries.

Used- JWI Filter Press, Model 800N32-49-25SYLS. Total chamber volume of 25 ft (0.707 m) across 49 chambers. It features a chamber volume of 0.5 ft (0.01 m) and a total filter area of 528 ft (49 m), using 800 mm square plates with Goretex filter cloth. Approximately (49) polypropylene Plates. The overall length and width of the press are 218.63 inches (5553 mm) and 53.29 inches (1354 mm), respectively. The press uses an air-powered hydraulic pump and requires a maximum air supply of 80 scfm at 100 psi. It is equipped with a 6" bore x 24" stroke (152 mm x 610 mm) hydraulic cylinder, with a maximum hydraulic closing pressure of 4100 psi (283 bar). The system includes a 4.5-gallon (17.0 L) reservoir and uses Rykon All Weather Type-46 hydraulic oil. The feed pump pressure is rated at 100 psi, and the manifold style is air blow with precoating capability. Optional features include an auto pump control system, semi-auto shifter, drum disposal system, and Bombay doors. Serial# F05045. This unit was new in 2017. ** PLATES ARE STORED INSIDE**
