Used- Drais Mannheim Plow Mixer/Dryer, Type TK 400-Turbu Kneter. Material of construction is 321 (1.4541) stainless steel on product contact parts. Stainless steel mixing body. Total capacity is 14.12 cubic feet (400 liter), Maximum working capacity 10.6 cubic feet (300 liter). Minimum working capacity 4.23 cubic feet (120 liter). Stainless steel double jacketed for heating/cooling rated at 90 psi (6 bar). Heating/cooling surface approximately 17 square feet (1.7 m2). Inside rated for 0 psi at 122 degree F (50 degree C). FM I Becker plows driven via a Stimrad-Aufsteckgetribe gearbox, Type H 2HH 5A by an 82.5HP/55Kw-400 volt AC/50cycle/3PH Non EX motor, Type K 11 R 250 M 4 KT-200H. Mixing speed 175 RPM. Twin screw feeder, driven by 0.55 KW / 0.83 HP - 400 volt AC / 50 cucle / 3 Ph motor, 3.9" (100 mm) bottom outlet valve. Inspection door with counter weights. Overall dimensions: 12' long x 34" width x 54" high (3700 mm long x 1050 mm width x 1650 mm high). Weight 5192 pounds (2360 kgs) empty. Serial # 55918.
