Used- Niro Type Fluid Bed Dryer/Coating Pan, type CC 21T. Material of construction is AISI 304 (1.4301) Stainless steel on product contact parts. Working capacity of 10 kg (22 lbs) per batch. Complete with Watson Malow pump, operating panel, control panel and additional infrastructure. Previously used in a Pharma application to coat tablets. Used- Niro Soavi Homogenizer, Model NS3037-H, 2507 Stainless Steel. Approximate capacities 3170 gallons per hour at 1500 psi to 211 gallons per hour at 22,000 psi. Driven by a 40 hp, 3/60/230/460 volt 1190 rpm motor. Serial # 2437, built 1993. Includes a feed skid with an Alfa Laval GHPD positive displacement pump, Model SRU-4NLS, Serial # 02-5-10008A, driven by a 5 hp, 3/60/230/460 volt, 1725 rpm gear motor, ratio 4.5 to 1, (1) L.J. Star bubble trap, (1) Allegheny Bradford heat exchanger. Shell & tubes rated 150 psi at -20 to 350 degrees F, Serial # 10923-1-1, built 2002, and (2) control panels. Both pieces mounted on casters. Rebuilt by GEA in 2022.
