Used Luwa LN-0012 B Vertical Thin Film Evaporator Package | 1.4 Sq. Ft. Wiped Film Evaporator. The internal rating is for ATM to full vacuum. The jacket is rated at 245 psig @ 350C. The total volume of the evaporator is .166 cuft. It is equipped with 1.5 hp motor. All components are mounted on a painted carbon steel frame. Requires 230/460 vac 3 phase electrical supply. Serial number 0012/83.

Used Luwa Model NL3-300/2200/HT vertical thin-film evaporator with 21.6 square feet of heat-transfer surface and 316L stainless steel construction. The evaporator measures 12" in diameter x 96" long in two sections and features a three-star Type L rotor, radial separator, mechanical seal, conical bottom with 2" diameter discharge, and 12" diameter vapor outlet. The internal chamber is rated for full vacuum at 365 F, and the jacket is rated for approximately 150 psi at 365 F. Driven by a 7.5 horsepower belt-drive motor rated for 230/460 volts, 3 phase, 60 hertz, and 1,720 revolutions per minute. Support ring is missing. Possible applications include evaporation, concentration, solvent recovery, stripping, and separation of suitable heat-sensitive, viscous, chemical, food, pharmaceutical, and specialty process products.
