Approximately 11 hp (7.5 kw) drive motor. Mounted on stand. Used Krauss-Maffei MT 1/200 Vacuum Mixer Dryer – 316L SS | 49.43 cu.ft. | Full Vacuum | 10 HP Orbiting Screw

Used- Krauss Maffei Mixer Vacuum Dryer MT. Model MT 1/200. Serial # 7098. National Board # 21424. Constructed of 316L stainless steel. Interior has polished surface. Conical vessel has a capacity of 49.43 cuft with working volume of 35.3 cuft. Dryer uses an 8" diameter inclined orbiting screw, driven by a 10 hp drive to gently agitate product while drying. Can dry particles up to 5 mm in size. Vessel is rated for Full Vacuum/150 psi @ 450 f on jacket and internal. Acutal drying temperature maximum is 302 f. The top has an 18" manway with 6" sight glass, 18" flanged fitting, 4" sight glass, (2) 3" flanged fittings, (2) 2" flanged fittings, 6" flanged fittings and (2) 1" threaded fitting for the top jacket. The side has (2) 2" flanged fittings for the body jacket. The bottom has a 10" flanged discharge fitting with pneumatically operated flush mount valve and (2) 1" threaded fittings for bottom jacket.

(2) 52.2 mm diameter side by side screws, 48:1 L/D ratio, 12 total barrel sections, electrically heated water cooled. Driven by a 350 kw( 525 hp) 3 x 400 volt/50cycle/3ph AC drive motor via a Eisenbeiss ZE-042,5-16,0 gear box. Screw speed maximum 1200 RPM. Frame mounted, (1) Side feeder, (1) Control panel. New year 2018. Serial # 90205420-0010-2018. Previously used in a compounding application.

Used Krauss Maffei Conical Dryer, Model TMD 0.25/160 "Titus-Mixer-Dryer," constructed from stainless steel 1.4571 (316Ti). This unit features a working pressure of 3 Bar (43.5 PSI) (vacuum possible), jacket working pressure of 6 Bar (87 PSI), and a capacity of 380 Liters (useful capacity 250 Liters). The cone measures 1016mm (40") in diameter and 1066mm (42") in height, with a dished top and a jacketed mixing screw (6 Liters). Powered by a 4.0 kW + 1.5 kW motor, 380 Volt (explosion-proof), and a jacket volume of 96 Liters. It operates at a maximum temperature of 165C and has a 150mm (6") bottom outlet.
