Unused Admix Rotosolver 250RS175 40 HP High-Shear Mixer

Unused Admix Rotosolver tote-base high-shear mixer, model 250RS175, constructed with 316 stainless steel wetted parts finished to 30 Ra. Unit is equipped with a 40 HP, 1,750 RPM explosion-proof motor rated for 3-phase, 60 Hz, 230/460V electrical service and a nominal shaft speed of 1,750 RPM. Mixer features an approximately 3.15" diameter shaft, 6.89" diameter threaded Rotosolver mix head, and 10.5" diameter 4-blade upper foil secured to the shaft. Unit uses a standard Admix flange mounting arrangement and is configured for mounting on a lift stand. Net weight is approximately 1,090 lb with shipping weight of approximately 1,430 lb. Rated torque is approximately 1,432 in-lb with bending moment of approximately 4,826 in-lb. Explosion-proof motor is UL and CSA approved for Class I, Division 1, Group D or Class II, Division 2, Groups F and G. Possible applications and suitable products include high-shear dispersion, powder wet-out, emulsification, hydration, and mixing of compatible food, beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, chemical, and other liquid-process products.
