Used Winkworth Z2 Vacuum Double Arm Mixer – 1.75L, 316 SS, Industrial

Used- Winkworth Vacuum Double Arm Mixer, Model Z2 Vacuum, 316 Stainless Steel. Working capacity 1.75 liters. Approximate 140mm (5.5") x 140mm (5.5") x 109mm (4.29") deep jacketed vacuum trough. Internal rated 60 psi at 300 degrees C (572 F). Jacket rated for 3.5 bar (50psi) at 300 degrees C (572 F). Dual overlapping sigma style mixing blades. Driven by a .37kw (1/2hp), 3/60/460 volt, 1690 rpm gear motor, manual speed control, output 19 to 95 rpm. Top vacuum cover with 2.5" sight glass. Control panel. Includes VWR international model 1166 temperature controller. Base mounted on cart. Serial# 16564.

Unit has vacuum rated domed hood/lid. 304 stainless steel external jacket. Each Z-blade driven by 30kw (40hp) motor/gearbox. Stainless steel screw discharge driven by 22kw motor/gearbox. Unit includes control panel. Includes (1) used Tool Temp model TT-14500 H and (1) Used Tool Temp model TT-508 X heater/cooling units. Also includes (3) Hydac oil coolers mounted on common frame. Mixing trough measures approximately 400mm x 400mm x 350mm (approx. 15.75" x 15.75" x 13.75") deep. All product contact parts in 316/316L stainless steel. Approximate capacity 27 to 36 liter (approx. 7-9.5 gallon) working capacity (product dependent). (2) 316/316L stainless steel z-blades driven by 4kw, 3/50, 1464/37 rpm geared motor. Unit has stainless steel hinged vacuum rated hood/lid with clamps. External 304/304l stainless steel jacket rated 3.5 bar working pressure at 150 deg.c. Unit includes electrically actuated tilt discharge mechanism. Unit includes ICS Cool Energy Ltd model iC220 chiller. Has control panel for mixer and chiller operation.
