F. 316L stainless steel tubes, (388) 1" o.d. x 16 bwg, 75fv @ 300 deg. F. 316L stainless steel heads. With expansion joint. 12'0" tube length. 1.25" tri tube pitch. 16 bwg tube wall. 1 pass shell; 1 pass tubes. NB code. Bem Tema type. 12" and 18" shell nozzles. 2", 4" and 8" tube nozzles. 3 baffles. 35" baffle spacing. 2'4" shell diameter. 17'3" overall length. Built 1989.

Unused, installed and removed Southern Heat Exchanger Model 15-144 BEM horizontal shell and tube heat exchanger with 140.4 sq. ft. of heat transfer surface area and carbon steel construction. Carbon steel shell is rated for 700 pounds per square inch/full vacuum at -20 to 300 degrees F. Equipped with (61) carbon steel 3/4" diameter x 12' long x 12-gauge straight tubes rated for 198 pounds per square inch/full vacuum at -20 to 400 degrees F. Connections include (4) 2" shell-side openings and (2) 2" tube-side openings. Saddle mounted. Serial #01-041, National Board #10959, built 2001. Overall dimensions approximately 175"L x 40"W x 40"T with a weight of approximately 2,100 lbs. Possible applications include industrial process heating, cooling, condensing and heat recovery service with suitable process fluids compatible with carbon steel construction.

Features (2) 8" shell-side openings and side lug mounting. Shell only, no heads included. Serial #8-00022, National Board #13099, built 2008. Overall dimensions approximately 202"L x 60"W x 60"T with a weight of approximately 18,200 lbs.
