Used Scott Turbon 1XEV-1 Mixer & Lee Industries 1-Gallon Reactor – 3 HP, Stainless Steel

Used- Scott Turbon Mixer, Model 1XEV-1, Stainless Steel. Approximate 9-3/4" long mixing shaft. Driven by a 3 hp, 3/60/230/460 volt, 3500 rpm motor. Air operated raise. Includes Lee Industries Reactor, Approximate 1 Gallon (4 Liters), Model 4LDBT. Internal 316L Stainless steel rated 45 psi at -20 to 325 degrees F, vacuum designed. 304 Stainless steel jacket rated 50 psi at -20 to 325 degrees F. Dished top head with 3" tri-clamp openings (missing clamp), (5) 3/4", (5) Bolts missing off top head. Vessel openings side: 1-1/2", 3/4", bottom: 1-1/2" with valve. Reactor Serial # C5087C. Built 1997. Includes control panel with A/B controller. Mounted on stainless steel frame with casters. Serial # 4060-1A.

Used Scott Turbon DP-5-HYD Planetary Mixer – 4 Gal, Vacuum Capable, Dual Can System

Used- Scott Turbon Planetary Mixer, Model DP-5-HYD. 4 Gallon stainless steel mixing can, designed for mixing under vacuum. Vacuum hood is fitted with 2 approximately 2" sight/charge ports. First of 2 mixing cans is jacketed with a flat bottom and bottom outlet with a tri-clamp style end cap closure. The second mix can is not jacketed and has a cone bottom with a center bottom outlet with a tri-clamp end cap closure. Includes a car with foot activated hydraulic jack for mix can exchange. Also include 208 volt controls with raise and lower buttons. Our freight specialists can assist you with door to door transportation and all customs documents needed to make the process go as smoothly as possible.
