High-Speed Shrink Wrap Bundler with Integrated Tunnel – Poly Pack CMS-24-HL

Used- Poly Pack CMS-24-HL Shrink Bundler. Continuous motion design capable of speeds up to 55 bundles/trays per minute. Has 25-1/2" wide seal jaw, jaw travel height of 13", and 75" long x 24" wide x 18" tall shrink tunnel. Allen Bradley Micro Logix 1400 PLC, A/B Kinetix 300, and Schneider Magelis HMI. Equipped with infeed belt conveyor 41" long x 19-3/4" wide, transfer infeed belt conveyor through film 26-1/2" long x 21-1/2" wide, and outfeed roller conveyor 153" long x 25" wide. All stainless steel frame with integrated shrink tunnel. Cooling fans on discharge. Last used in pharmaceutical packaging operation with 21" wide film. Right to left operation, mounted on casters. 480V/3Ph/60Hz. Footprint 22' long x 64" wide x 82" tall. Built in 2011.

Currently set up for 12 oz. bottles in a 12 pack and 24 pack configuration, 16.9 oz. in 6 pack, 12 pack and 24 pack configuration and a 20oz in 24 pack configuration, 20oz Bullet 24 pack, 1 liter 6 pack and 12 pack, 1 liter Bullet 6 and 12 packs. 2.5 Mil film thickness. Set up to run print registered or clear film. Control panel with Schneider Electric Magelis HMI, Schneider electric PLC, Schneider electric variable speed drives and servo drives. Currently setup with 6 lanes. Serial# 3881. Built 11/2014. 3/60/480 Volt, 60 Amp. Overall footprint 520" long x 85" wide x 81" tall. Suitable for high-speed shrink bundling and multipacking of beverage bottles, bottled water, retail bottle packs, and unsupported multipack configurations using clear or print registered shrink film.

Seal bar 26 in. wide, currently set for 7.5 in. tall clearance. Heat tunnel with SS rod belt 120 in. long x 26 in. wide x 40 in. tall. Tunnel 60 in. long, aperture 27 in. wide x 14 in. tall, with ambient cooling fan on discharge. Digital temp controls for tunnel and seal bar. PLC Controls with Idec programmable controller. Has stainless steel main frame. Electrical requirements 480-volt, 3 phase, 60 hz, 32 amp.
