Used Patterson-Kelley 20 cu. ft. Stainless Steel Twin Shell V" Blender | 3 HP Drive | Platform & Safety Fencing | Good Condition. The blender is chain and sprocket driven by 3 hp electric motor. The blender is designed to handle material density of up to 105 lbs/cuft. The two shells measure about 31" diameter x 53" long. This unit is set up for an intensifier bar belt driven by a 5 hp motor. THE BAR ITSELF IS MISSING. There is a 7.5" discharge with a pneumatically operated butterfly valve. Overall dimensions with carbon steel stand are 116" wide x 68" deep x 112" tall. Serial # 234005. This unit comes with fence panels for a safety and a platform with a stairway. The platform is 103" wide x 83" deep x 48.5" tall to the floor. OAD of the platform with stairway are 103" w x 112" long x 91" h. Requires 230/460 vac 3 ph electrial supply. Good condition.

The blender vessel is driven by a 10 HP, 3-phase, 60 Hz, 230/460-volt motor for reliable and consistent operation. Features a 12" diameter manually operated discharge valve located approximately 16" above the floor, allowing for convenient product discharge. Overall height is approximately 121" with the discharge valve in the down position and approximately 151" with the discharge valve positioned at the 12 oclock orientation.
