Lodige FKM600D Plow Mixer

Used- Lodige Model FKM600D batch-type plow mixer with 6 cubic feet working capacity and 10 cubic feet total capacity. 304 stainless steel, non-jacketed mixing chamber approximately 32" diameter x 50" long with 4" diameter shaft, (3) bolt-on plows, (2) bolt-on end scrapers, (2) 18" x 15-1/2" side access doors, and (2) 12" top openings. 9" x 7" bottom outlet with manually operated door and air-purge seals. Serial # 9046. Driven by an approximately 10 hp motor through Falk reducer. Includes control panel with Allen-Bradley PanelView 600 and SLC 5/04 CPU. Mounted on carbon steel stand. Suitable for dry powders, premixes, granular ingredients, spices, nutraceuticals, feed additives, chemical blends, and similar products.

Used- Lodige Plow Mixer, Model FKM 3000 D. 3,000-liter capacity and stainless steel interior. Mixer features double-wall construction for heating or cooling and has (3) openings for knife heads; knife heads are not included. Unit is equipped with cleaning flaps and includes a control cabinet and circuit diagram. Built in 2010. Possible applications include industrial mixing and blending processes requiring heating or cooling for suitable powders, granules, and other bulk products.
