Used- HYSEP Solid Bowl Decanter Centrifuge, Model MD44. Rotating parts manufactured in stainless steel 1.4462 (DUPLEX steel with addition of Molybdenum which secures good resistance against pitting corrosion and intergranular corrosion). This decanter unit was designed for chemical applications but only used for dewatering of biological active sludge in a Danish municipal sewage plant. The main motor is 18,5 kW, 50 Hz, 380 Volt and the back drive system is a automatic Rotodiff / Viscotherm hydraulic powered by a 15 kW, 50 Hz, 380 V motor. Permissible bowl speed: 3.300 rpm. at density: 1200 kg/m3. Max feed temperature: 80 deg. C. Serial# 113793.
