Unused Gemco 1 Cubic Foot Double Cone Vacuum Dryer, Model 1 CF Formulator, Stainless Steel. Vessel Approximately 18" diameter x 8" straight side with clamp on covers. 325 Lbs/Cubic Feet Max Density. 2.4-24.2 rpm Vessel Speed. 550-3300 rpm agitator speed. Internal rated 14.9 FV at 250 Degrees F. Jacket rated 50 psi at 250 Degrees F. 11" top opening, 6" center bottom outlet with valve, 42" discharge height. Driven by a 1-1/2hp, 3/60/230/460 volt, 3600rpm motor through reducer, 28"1 ratio. Lump breaker driven by a 2hp, 3/60/230/460 volt, 3490rpm motor. Mounted Control Panel with (2) AB Powerflex 525 Controllers, AB CompactLogix, and AB Panelview Plus 7. Includes Mokon Model 311613 temperature control unit, Liquid Ring Pump Skid and Control Panel. Used Gemco Double Cone Blender – 100 Cu. Ft. Working Capacity, 304 SS, 7.5 HP Motor

Used- Gemco Double Cone Blender with approximately 100 cubic feet working capacity (140 cubic feet total capacity), constructed of 304 stainless steel and designed for efficient, large-batch blending of dry powders and granules. The unit is equipped with a 7.5 HP gear motor rated for 3/60/230/460 volt service at 1,770 RPM, pneumatic braking system, 18-inch diameter charging door with 8-inch access port, and a 12-inch center bottom discharge fitted with a manual butterfly valve. Featuring an 84-inch inside diameter belly band and the proven double cone blending design, this blender provides gentle, low-shear mixing and excellent blend uniformity for free-flowing materials while minimizing product degradation. Overall dimensions are approximately 156" long x 48" wide x 147" high, with an approximate weight of 12,000#. The large-capacity vessel is well suited for nutraceutical and dietary supplement manufacturers, food ingredient processors, spice and premix producers, bakery and beverage ingredient operations, chemical processors, and contract manufacturing facilities requiring efficient production-scale blending. Driven by a 20 hp 3/60/230/460 volt, 1770 rpm motor through a gearbox 16:1. Includes a 3 hp motor. Mounted on Carbon Steel stand. Missing small gear, valve and guards.
