Unit has a maximum bowl speed of 5,250 RPM, maximum sediment density of 1.6 kg/dm3, stainless steel product contact areas, food-grade construction, and an 8 degree cone angle. Driven by a 15 HP main drive motor with 10 HP scroll drive and equipped with an upgraded automatic grease system and upgraded AC unit built into the control panel. Centrifuge is mounted on four legs and configured for 3-phase, 60 Hz, 480 VAC electrical service. Serial number 200102437. Possible applications and suitable products include food processing, liquid-solid separation, clarification, concentration, and dewatering processes compatible with a food-grade decanter centrifuge.
