Used- Bivans 54L Carton Former and Bottom Closer. Capable of speeds up to 60 cartons per minute. Has a carton size range: (Length) 1/2" - 8-7/8", (Width) 3/8" - 7", (Depth) 1-1/8" - 14-1/16". Set up for Hot melt glue bottom seal cartons. Includes Lexan safety guarding. Mounted on casters. 110V/1Ph/60Hz, 100 psi air. Currently set up for approximate 2-3/4"L x 2-3/4"W x 4-3/4"T carton.

Used Bivans semi-automatic manual load vertical cartoner, Model 74 Vertuck, Serial #97-74-120. Designed for tuck-style cartons and rated for speeds up to 120 cartons per minute, depending on carton size and application. Machine has 6" centers and handles cartons ranging from 7/8" to 5" in length, 3/4" to 3-1/2" in width, and 2-1/4" to 10" in depth/height. The Bivans Vertuck 74 is a vertical, manual product-load cartoner utilizing continuous-motion operation for production packaging applications. Electrical requirements: 3/60/480V. Possible applications include cartoning pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, cosmetics, personal care products, food products, tubes, bottles, blister packs, and other products suitable for tuck-style cartons within the specified carton size range.
