Used R.A Jones (Aerofill) Model 1695 Ultraflex Rotary 18-Head TTV Gasser Shaker

Used- R.A Jones (Aerofill) Model 1695 Ultraflex Rotary 18 Head TTV "Gasser Shaker". Capable of speeds up to 275 cans per minute (depending on application). Container size range: 1-3/8" - 3" or 35mm - 76.2mm (diam) x 5" - 10" (height) including spray tip stem. Includes Allen Bradley CompactLogix L24ER PLC, A/B panelview plus 700 HMI. Conveyor 3-1/2" wide x 107" long. 5HP 3/60/230/460V. Has a 10HP Hydraulic power pack. 3/60/480V. Multi head gasser shaker for high speed product absorption within aerosol containers, using either carbon dioxide (CO2) or nitrous oxide (N2O). This may be accomplished via pressurized gas or via equilibrium. The absorption of the gas into the product is enhanced by mechanically agitating the container during the filling process. Currently set up for 2-1/8" internal diameter x 5-1/4" tall and was last used in a dairy beverage operation. Elec: 3/60/480V.
