Used & Reconditioned Davis-Standard 600S Thermatic 6" Single Screw Extruder 300 HP, 30:1 L/D, Reconditioned in 2025. Features a 30:1 L/D ratio with a PE/PP screw and a 17.21:1 gearbox ratio. Powered by a new 300 HP Westinghouse AC motor with a new WEG AC inverter drive. Equipped with a refurbished 10-zone control panel consisting of six barrel heating zones and four downstream zones, all fitted with new Eurotherm 3216 temperature controllers. Gearbox has been rebuilt with all internal bearings replaced except the thrust bearing. Serial No. F-9731, S.O. 901180. Electrical requirements are 460 Volt, 3 Phase, 60 Hz. The cutting: this sheeter uses a scissor-action up cut, not a rotary knife. It also slits with adjustable blades that cut the sheets as they exit the machine up to four blades, each individually preset.
