Description
This used Huaxing three-stage 150mm (6”) extrusion line is a high-capacity, industrial-grade plastics extrusion system designed for polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE) processing. The system is built for continuous strand extrusion, pelletizing, and compounding, with a rated throughput of 600–1,000 kg/hr (1,323–2,205 lbs/hr).
The line features a 150mm x 4500mm (30:1 L/D) primary extruder, double vented with vacuum system and two-stage filtration, paired with a 150mm x 1800mm (12:1 L/D) secondary extruder, single vented with two-stage filtration. Powered by a 215 HP (1785 RPM) motor, the system ensures reliable, high-volume production.
Additional downstream equipment includes a crusher/compactor with infeed conveyor, water bath strand cooling system, dewatering blowers, strand cutter, vibrating table, cooling tank, cooling tower, recirculation pumps, vacuum discharge, storage cyclone, pneumatic cyclone discharge, and a main control panel (60/480V).
This extrusion line was previously used for PP and PE plastics and remains a robust solution for compounding, reprocessing, and pelletizing applications.
