This Used 100mm Buss Kneader Compounding Line is a complete, high-output material processing system ideal for compounding plastics, elastomers, and specialty materials.

The line includes a 100mm Buss kneader with a 9:1 L/D jacketed barrel, powerful 200 HP DC drive, and a clam-shell style opening for simplified maintenance, cleaning, and screw/barrel access. The 5.94:1 gearbox provides strong torque for heavy, shear-intensive formulations.

Material discharges into a 140mm (5.5") 7:1 L/D hot-feed extruder powered by a 75 HP motor, providing stable melt homogenization and pressure build.

Downstream, the system includes a Gala #6 Underwater Pelletizer with a 12.1 ECLNBF spin dryer, a robust, industry-standard pellet-making solution. Extra die plates are available.

Previously used for flexible PVC at 2,000 lb/hr, this system is suitable for medium-to-high-output compounding operations requiring consistent melt quality and robust pelletizing capability.
