Test pressure 78 psi (5.2 bar) at 305.6 PSI (0-152 deg. C). 2 x inspection doors. Chain driven by a motor with gearbox. Built 1997. Previously used on bone meal in a rendering application.

Rotor inside rated for 90 PSI (6 bar) pressure at a temperature of 327.2 deg F. (164 deg C). Steam consumption 3.8-5.6 tonnes/hr. Rotor speed 8 RPM via a Santasalo 4 TC 630 NE gearbox by a 240 HP (160 KW)-1480 RPM-400volt/50cu?cle/3 Ph motor. inspection doors and additional infrastructure. On 4 legs.
