Types of Used Dryers Available

Aaron Equipment offers a range of used dryers and drying equipment designed to support moisture removal, thermal processing, and material conditioning applications:

  • Rotary Vacuum Dryers – Enclosed systems that operate under vacuum to dry heat-sensitive or solvent-based materials at lower temperatures.

  • Fluid Bed Dryers – Systems that suspend particles in heated air for efficient and uniform drying of powders and granules.

  • Spray Dryers – Continuous systems that convert liquid feed into dry powder by atomizing into a heated drying chamber.

  • Drum Dryers – Rotating drum systems used for drying slurries and viscous materials into flakes or powders.

  • Belt Dryers – Continuous dryers that move material across a conveyor belt for controlled, uniform drying.

  • Freeze Dryers & Lyophilizer Dryers – Low-temperature vacuum systems that remove moisture through sublimation, preserving sensitive materials.

Dryer Applications & Industry Uses

Used dryers and drying equipment are essential across industries where moisture removal and product stability are critical. Common applications include:

  • Chemical Processing: Drying powders, crystals, and intermediates

  • Food & Beverage: Dehydration of ingredients, powders, and finished products
