This Used S. Howes 24U24-JS Thermal Processing Screw Conveyor is a high-capacity, thermally-controlled conveying system constructed with 316 stainless steel in both product contact and jacket areas. It features a 24” diameter screw inside a 24-foot-long U-trough. The oversized 16” shaft pipe is thru-bored to allow heating or cooling fluid to circulate directly through the shaft, while the 22-foot-long jacket allows further thermal fluid or low-pressure steam regulation.

Integrated with a Fulton control panel, the unit uses 6 digital PID temperature controllers to manage temperature zones precisely. Designed for thermal fluid or low-pressure steam, it includes 3” and 1” inlet/outlet valves, manual and pneumatic valve systems, and is driven by a 15 HP motor, making it ideal for thermal batch or continuous process applications in food, chemical, and industrial sectors.
