Unused- Hongda America Horizontal Pre-made Bag Packing Machine, Model 330NG. This horizontal pre-made bag packing machine is designed to meet high- quality packaging requirements with fast and efficient performance. Capable of speeds ~40 bags per minute. Has a pouch size range of: 4.3" x 6" to 13" x19.7". It supports a variety of bag types, including three-side seal, four-side seal flat bags, and zipper bags. De Lema DLST/L Depyrogenation System with Powder Filling Isolator – Unused, Installed 2016

Unused & installed De Lema type DLST/L dry heat sterilizer/depyrogenation unit with Hosokawa Micron dispensing isolator. Unit designed at 250 degrees c. for the depyrogenation of dry aluminum containers of various capacities & sizes. The Hosokawa unit designed for filling various sizes of aluminum containers with powder including closure and bagging of aluminum containers. Both unit installed and commissioned but has never been operated on any contaminated items. New 2016. Only test run. Is of stainless steel construction with 12 lane counting configuration. Now tooled for #4 capsule size. Rear-mounted dOKI Microline 280 (9 pin printer) Hata printer. Has Omron Sysmac CQM! Plc controller. 3/60/208V 18 amps. Serial PA 1042. This machine was used to weigh diphedryl capsules.

Complete Inline Bottle Filling and Packaging Line – Overflow Filler, Capper

Used- Inline Filling Systems Liquid Bottle Filling Line. Line was set up to run 64oz rectangular bottles and 32 oz square containers with 53mm caps. Containers were either front and back or 3 sided wrap on the square bottle. Line consists of 45" diameter stainless steel unscrambling table with variable speed drive and square bottle orientor. Inline Filling Model FOFNT48 4 head overflow filler with drip tray, 1" diameter nozzles, indexing gating system, washdown capable, AB Micro 850 PLC, (2) A/B powerflex 523 and A/B Panelview 800 HMI, overflow tank with pump. Stainless steel 4-1/2" wide conveyor chain, Computorue NT automatic capper (currently set on 53mm caps) with cap size range up to 120mm. Container range: 1-1/2" - 15" (height) x 1/2" - 7" (width). Has 5.0LH bulk cap elevator/sorter. 48" Accumulation table. Last ran a tea beverage product.
