Extruder screw is 8" diameter driven by a hydraulic motor, and hydraulic tilt discharge are both powered by 30 HP 230/460 volts Vickers Hydraulic pumping system. Approximate 60 cu. ft. working capacity, 75 cu. ft. total capacity, and can process approximately 4,000 to 5,000 pounds per batch, depending on product bulk density. Engineered for high-capacity, heavy-duty batch mixing in demanding industrial processing environments. Constructed with 304 stainless steel product contact surfaces, this blender is designed to provide rapid, efficient, and highly uniform mixing of dry powders, granules, bulk solids, and products requiring liquid addition. (2) 28" counter-rotating dual ribbon agitators that utilize a counter-flow ribbon design to move material both axially and radially, producing fast, thorough, and homogeneous blending while minimizing product degradation. The heavy-duty dual shaft design, utilizing chain or gear-driven independently driven ribbon assemblies, provides reliable performance and excellent product turnover for consistent batch-to-batch results. Designed to handle both dry materials and products requiring liquid addition, the mixer is equally well suited for blending powders, granules, slurries, and other process materials. Product discharge is accomplished through dual air-operated (pneumatic) bottom end discharge doors, allowing rapid, controlled, and virtually complete batch evacuation while minimizing residual product. The unit is mounted on a heavy-duty four-leg stainless steel frame and is equipped with safety grates, protective guarding, and hinged covers to enhance operator safety and simplify loading and inspection. Its sanitary stainless steel construction makes it well suited for food, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, chemical, agricultural, mineral, plastics, and other industrial processing applications requiring durability, corrosion resistance, and ease of cleaning. Bottom discharge is 16" x 18" square with cylinder operated open/close. Middle has two large doors 23.62" x 19.680" square. And two 4" plate flange nozzles with butterfly valves with actuators ( these go to filters) amd one 8" RFSO with butterfly valves with actuators. Top has four 2.5" RFSO and one 1" RFSO.
