The twin shaft paddle blender has a 1.5 hp drive on each shaft and the chopper is driven by a 3 hp motor. This unit is equipped with a small dosing tank with spray nozzels. The pipe to the spray nozzels is threaded brass but should be easy to replace with stainless fittings if necessary. The control panel is mounted at one end with a VFD. It is all mounted on a stand with casters for mobility. This unit requires 600 vac 3 ph and includes a 480 to 600 vac step up transformer. Overall dimensions are 80" wide x 52" long x 48" tall. Used 2400 Liter working capacity Fryma model VME-2400 vacuum mixer. The tank has an overall height of 101" to the top of lid including legs and 87" to the top with the lid removed. The overall diameter of tank with jacket is 63". The interior dimensions are: 61" diameter, 54" straight side height, 11" dome top, and 11" dish bottom. The working temperatures are 150 C for the interior and the jacket. The interior has a pressure rating of -1/+1 bar and the jacket has a 2.5 bar rating. There are two agitator drives, a 7.5 hp motor that drives a center 3 prop agitator and a scrape agitator through a chain drive and a 50 hp motor that drives a disperser type agitator off to the side of the center shaft. The top has an 8" flanged opening that is clamped shut and 6" glass inspection port with light. The top also has a 2" sanitary, 1.5" sanitary, and (2) 1" threaded fittings. The inside of the unit is polished to pharmaceutical grade. The bottom has a 6" sanitary discharge with a pneumatically operated valve. Fabrication # M10510. Requires 230/ 460 vac 3 phase electrical supply. Previously used for toothpaste. Good Condition.

It has one 64" dia. 3 bladed anchor style sweep agitator for the side and bottom (3.25" dia. x 44" long shaft) and is driven by a 10 hp variable speed drive. It also has a 17" od high speed dispersion blade (2.9" dia. x 36" long shaft) that is driven by a 50 hp motor. Motors and controls are tagged for hazardous locations. Air over oil lift and includes the air/oil tank. 220 vac 3 ph electric power and air required. The overall dimensions of the disperser are 64" wide x 135" long x 86" tall. Please note: this mixer was designed for a relativly low ceiling height. It is designed so that 20" of the lift post sits through the floor or mezzanine. This unit comes with a 750 gallon open top carbon steel product mix tank that is 70" id x 45.5" tall straight side with a 6" center bottom drain.
