Equipped with a Pentair, Model N360846G050 air conditioning system rated for 7777/8166 BTU per hour cooling capacity, the system operates within a temperature range of 50F to 131F and utilizes R134A refrigerant. The refrigeration system is rated for a maximum high-side pressure of 404 PSIG and a low-side pressure of 181 PSIG. Additional features include a user-friendly touchscreen HMI for process monitoring and control, stainless steel construction for durability and sanitation, and leveling feet for stable installation. Used GEA Niro Swirl Fluidizer/Agitated Flash Dryer System designed for continuous drying of slurry, paste, and filter cake materials. System includes controls, an inlet air gas heater, and a stainless steel fluidizing slurry tank measuring approximately 3' diameter x 3' high with a bottom-mounted scraped-wall blade agitator and outlet to a screw conveyor. The complete system is mounted on an approximately 86" x 87" x 82" stainless steel skid for a compact installation. Operating specifications include an airflow capacity of 450 to 630 kg/hr, inlet air temperatures from 100 to 350 C, outlet air temperatures from 60 to 150 C, water evaporation capacity from 0 to 55 kg/hr, maximum powder production rate of 100 kg/hr, and maximum feed rate of 150 kg/hr. The system is configured for operation with natural gas or propane fuel and was built in 2009. Previously used for drying cellulose pastes prior to filtration.
