The spring steel main shaft is centerless ground for strength and concentricity, housed in a mild steel bearing block with accurately machined bearing seats.

The atomizer includes an RPM sensor with digital display, a maintenance tool kit (pullers, spanners, locknut tools), and a dedicated MKM lubrication system that maintains oil temperatures below 75°C at 10 TPD. The ceramic-insulated jacket and performance-matched dimensions ensure direct compatibility with existing spray drying lines.
